We visited the 10th annual Mediterranean Festival in Beaumont, Texas hosted by St. Michael Christian Orthodox Church. The day was filled with Mediterranean delicacies, children’s activities, music, dancing and shopping.

We stopped in at the Cajun Heritage Festival in Port Arthur April 7th. The dance floor was full and the crawfish were plentiful. There was plenty of other Cajun cuisine too.
